Concrete lifting and leveling
Sunken concrete, raised right.
We lift and level sunken driveways, walkways and slabs with foam injection. No tear-out, no mess, usable the same day.
How it works
Foam injection lifts the slab back to level
Sunken concrete is a soil problem, not a concrete problem. We inject high-density foam through dime-sized holes, and the slab rises back to grade in minutes.
No tear-out, no truckloads of debris, no new concrete to cure. You can use the surface the same day.
- About half the cost Lifting runs far less than tearing out and repouring.
- Done in hours Most jobs finish the same day.

What neighbours say
Real reviews, synced from the business profile once the client connects it.
Driveway had a two-inch drop at the garage. Level in under an hour and I parked on it that afternoon.
Honest quote, showed up when they said, and the patio drains the right way now.
Good work on the front walk. Small patch marks are visible if you look, which they warned me about.

What the crew has learned lifting slabs across the Miami Valley.

Why concrete slabs sink in the first place
Concrete does not shrink; the ground under it moves. Washed-out fill, a leaking downspout and clay that swells and dries are behind almost every slab we lift.

Getting concrete ready for a Dayton winter
Water in a joint is what freezes, lifts and cracks a slab. Sealing joints and moving downspouts in the autumn is the cheapest concrete work you will ever pay for.
Read articleQuestions we hear every week
How long does the lift last?
The foam is inert and waterproof. It does not shrink, wash out or feed anything, so the slab stays where we put it.
Can you lift a slab that has cracked?
Usually. We lift each piece to level and seal the crack. A slab in many small pieces is the one case where replacement wins.
How soon can I drive on it?
Right away. The foam reaches full strength within minutes of injection.
